Doug Daffron has been consulting and training in Franchised and Independent dance studios since 2007. Throughout this time Doug had noticed the stress many owners were feeling. Their concerns on making it week to week for their rent, payroll, taxes and the rest of their business overhead, stimulated Doug into finding a solution to those concerns. While witnessing this stress the owners were experiencing, Doug got motivated to become a business coaching consultant This knowledge has proven to be a great benefit to his clients. His interest and desire to help new and experienced studio owners, to not have to sweat payroll and rent. The goal he helps owners to achieve is to know they can enjoy being in the studio as well as away from it, with the confidence it will continue to operate with a stress-free and responsible manner.
